Taking Care of Dad

None in the family is in the medical field, so I am not really familiar with all the medical equipments. When my father got sick, it was one of my cousins who took care of him. At that time she just finished Nursing and was waiting to take the board exam. We were really very thankful to her because she did a good job in taking care of my Dad. She was also the one who supervised my Mom with the pricking and all because Dad had diabetes. She was also the one who familiarized my Mom with the medical equipments that will be used to monitor my Dad. I wonder if spirometer was one of them. But then Dad didn’t have any respiratory illness that requires that, so I don’t think Mom ever used that. It’s hard having a family member getting sick, the expenses keep on coming. I don’t know how my family was able to pull through that, but one thing I’m sure God is really a great provider.
