It’s In My Genes

I’m starting to take care of my health now, I know it’s a bit late already but it’s really a great move for me. I come from a family with a history of all kinds of illnesses, name it we have it. So far there are no signs pointing that I got it. But considering the history if I don’t do something about my health I will end up having this cholesterol medication. I know eventually there’s a big chance that I get it, but if I can fight it off by doing my fitness routine regularly then probably I won’t.
