Still Heavy

I started aerobics class about a month ago. I expected a bit of weight loss but lo and behold the weight remains. I feel frustrated because I’ve exerted effort in liking aerobics routine which is basically new to me. Sometimes you can’t blame me for resorting to quick weight loss as I am really disappointed that I haven’t lost weight, even just a pound. It’s even more frustrating that you do your part in getting healthy and yet nothing really concrete happens. Oh well.
