Adult Acne, Oh No!

I’m in my 40s already but still I got adult acne. It’s frustrating. I had acne in my younger years and I just don’t understand why until now I still have it. Am I too stressed? I don’t think so. Oh probably my birth control pill is the culprit because I heard that it can cause adult acne. I heard too that once you are taking the pill it helps make the skin beautiful. Now I don’t know what to believe. Anyway I’m happy that I found the solution to a better and clearer skin.
