I need to shed this extra pounds I gained in the last six months. Twenty three pounds to be exact. I’m such a loser because I didn’t notice it when I first gained the 5 pounds. Yes I am so mad at myself because of that. What was I thinking, goodness! I will be working on losing weight and who knows my story might just be included in these weight loss stories. Haha I’m going to be popular soon. How soon? Soon! Meanwhile, one, two, three, four, side to side, one, two, three, four. Haha that’s the hi lo I am joining, just echoing the instructor!
