Now that I’m getting serious with my cooking, I want to invest in cutlery, knives in particular. I want to have a complete set (basic in cooking) and I want to have just one brand. Before I was so used to just working with my chef knife, but now that I was taught that knives have its different uses, I don’t think I will be ever contented with the knife that I have now. Thanks to the ABS CBN people and Ms. Joy Belmonte for having such a wonderful project like this. I have learned a lot, and to think I was already so confident in the kitchen.
