Smocked Hem Detail

Very timely…I talked with my sisters like two days ago and they were asking me what I like. I didn’t tell them anything coz at that time I still haven’t browsed Forever21. Anyway here’s what I want. I found this very pretty satin top priced at $22.80. It’s worth it I think. I can wear that when I go to parties, well if I really do not want to “dress up”. I think that would be a safe top to wear, nothing fancy but still can look very elegant.
